Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, mix until the dough starts to come together. If dough is too dry to roll out, add a little more yogurt. Depending on the greek yogurt you use, you may need more yogurt or flour.
- Place dough on to a clean surface with flour. Knead gently for about 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth and slightly elastic. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour as needed.
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to your desired thickness, about 12 inches wide.
- Place dough on to a parchment lined baking sheet. Roll all sides to create a crust. The pizza will end up being around 10 inches.
- Lightly oil the crust and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese (optional). Add pizza sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese (optional), and veggie toppings.
- Bake pizza for 16-17 minutes and broil for a few minutes (so bottom doesn’t burn) or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
