- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Onion Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
Salad
- 4 - 5 cups4 - 5 cups4 - 5 cups Arugula
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Tomato, Cherry, halved

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baby Carrots, chopped
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dill Pickle Slices

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, optional
Dressing
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp João's Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Wildly Virgin

- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dill, Fresh, choped
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Marinate the Chicken: place chicken in a glass container or zip-top bag.
- Pour the dill pickle juice over the chicken, making sure it’s fully submerged.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for extra flavor).
- Remove chicken from marinade and Discard the marinade.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice or dice.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, and pickles.
- Add chicken on top.
- In a small jar or bowl, whisk together olive oil, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble & Serve:
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
