Layered desserts are my favorite because you get multiple desserts in every bite! Smooth protien cookie dough bass, with a silky caramel filling, topped with a rich sea salted chocolate ganache coating. Gluten free and refined sugar free! Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine cookie dough ingredients together, and fold in chocolate chips
  2. Press into loaf tin lined with parchment paper, and place in the freezer
  3. Prepare caramel by whisking all ingredients together, then pour overtop cookie dough layer
  4. Refrigerate for at least an hour
  5. Melt chocolate and pb together, then pour overtop caramel layer
  6. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt, and back to the freeze another 20min or so until chocolate is firm
  7. Slice and enjoy!
