Earth Day Apple Pops
Earth Day is coming up and we’re celebrating with these yummy chocolate covered apples!
🌍 We sliced an apple in 4 pieces, popped a popsicle stick in, and used dye-free plant based food coloring mixed with white chocolate to create our blue oceans and green continents.
Ingredients
- 111 Apple, Organic, washed and sliced into 4 pieces
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, Add 1/4 tsp coconut oil to make it more spreadable

- 5 pinch5 pinch5 pinch Blue Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods

- 5 pint5 pint5 pint Green Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take an apple slice and make a tiny slit with a paring knife on the bottom center of your apple. Insert popsicle stick.
- Take your melted white chocolate and split it into 2 bowls. In one bowl, mix in your blue coloring. In the other, mix in your green.
- Spread melted blue chocolate on top of your apple slices.
- Using a spoon or piping pen, drizzle your green chocolate on top in the shape of continents.
- Pop in the freezer for 15 min until the chocolate sets, and enjoy!
