Earth Day is coming up and we’re celebrating with these yummy chocolate covered apples! 🌍 We sliced an apple in 4 pieces, popped a popsicle stick in, and used dye-free plant based food coloring mixed with white chocolate to create our blue oceans and green continents.

Ingredients

1 Apple, Organic, washed and sliced into 4 pieces
1 cup White Chocolate, Add 1/4 tsp coconut oil to make it more spreadable
5 pinch Blue Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods
5 pint Green Food Color - Color Kitchen Foods

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take an apple slice and make a tiny slit with a paring knife on the bottom center of your apple. Insert popsicle stick.
Take your melted white chocolate and split it into 2 bowls. In one bowl, mix in your blue coloring. In the other, mix in your green.
Spread melted blue chocolate on top of your apple slices.
Using a spoon or piping pen, drizzle your green chocolate on top in the shape of continents.
Pop in the freezer for 15 min until the chocolate sets, and enjoy!
