Indian “Kachumber” Salad with a Kick
Kachumber salad is a refreshing Indian side dish made with crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, sharp onions, and a splash of lemon juice. I added sweet bell peppers, mint leaves and walnuts as well. The Pineapple Habanero jelly from profanity along with lemon juice added a unique kick to this salad. Light, zesty, and packed with vibrant flavors, it’s the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, curries or simply enjoyed on its own for a healthy bite.
