Cannoli Stuffed Dates
These cannoli-stuffed dates are a sweet, creamy, better-for-you take on the classic Italian dessert. Perfect for entertaining, or when you’re craving a little cannoli cream indulgence!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar, more for sweeter
- 101010 Medjool Dates, pitted and sliced open
- 0.333 cups0.333 cups0.333 cups Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strained ricotta and powdered sugar. Use an electric hand mixer to beat until smooth and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Fold in half of the mini chocolate chips.
- Open each pitted date and pipe the ricotta mixture inside.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the filled dates.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
Notes
*For a little extra garnish, finish with a dusting of powdered sugar or a sprinkle of crushed pistachios!
