These chicken drumsticks are so delicious and easy to make. Baking them in the oven on convection gives them that crispy crunch without having to deep fry. Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Mix buttermilk and spices in a large bowl
  2. Place chicken in the buttermilk and marinate for at least 3 hours or over night in the fridge
  3. preheat the oven to 425F on convection
  4. Take chicken out of the fridge while you prepare the cornflakes
  5. break up the cornflakes in a food processor, blender, or with your hands until in small pieces
  6. dip each drumstick into the cornflakes until evenly coated
  7. place drumsticks on a wire rack on top of a sheet pan and bake in the oven for about 20 minute
  8. check to ensure the internal temp is 165F, if the top seems to be browning too fast near the end, turn off convection and cover with tin foil
