High Protein Frozen Smore’s
These Frozen S’mores Bites are creamy, chocolatey, and secretly packed with protein. Made with Cocowhip, protein powder, dark chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs, they’re the perfect no-bake, freezer-friendly snack to keep you cool and crushing your goals.
Ingredients
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Cocowhip, (or any dairy-free whipped topping)
- 52 grams52 grams52 grams Vanilla Protein Powder, (2 scoops) I use Momentous

- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Dark Chocolate Chips

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Graham Crackers, crushed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, mix Cocowhip and protein powder until smooth, thick, and mousse-like.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Scoop the mixture into heaping tablespoon-sized rounds (or use a small cookie scoop). Freeze for 1–2 hours until solid.
- Gently melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second intervals, stirring in between) or over a double boiler.
- Drizzle each frozen bite with the melted chocolate to coat. Place back on the parchment and sprinkle with crushed graham cracker before the chocolate hardens.
- Pop them back in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to fully set. Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
