Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet, scoop your cookies out and form and slightly flatten into cookie shapes with your hands. These won't spread and they should be thick.
- Bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 15 min before transferring to cooling rack to finish cooling.
- Store in fridge.
