Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Heat the apple cider over medium heat in a saucepan until is reduces to 3/4 of a cup. Set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (cassava flour, almond flour, tapioca starch, apple pie spice, maple sugar, salt, and baking soda)
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, avocado oil, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, and reduced apple cider.
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until you have a smooth batter.
  6. Spray or brush your donut pan with avocado oil.
  7. Spoon the batter into the donut pan.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then remove the donuts from the pan and repeat until all the batter has been used.
  10. In a wide bowl, stir together the sugar and Cinnamon Sugar Cookie blend.
  11. Brush the donuts on all sides with the melted butter, then coat with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
