- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Peanuts, halved
Coating
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

- Mix oat flour, almond flour, collagen powder, nut butter, honey, and milk in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
- Make the caramel:
- In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in chopped peanuts and spread over the base.
- Top with more peanuts
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Slice the bars, dip or drizzle with chocolate, and sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
- Chill again to set.
