An easy healthy holiday snack: pecan pie bites! The easiest three ingredient healthy Thanksgiving dessert or side dish or snack - filled with healthy fats and healthy carbs for a fueling treat!! I love this time of year, when recipes get extra cozy. These pecan pie bites would make a great healthy thanksgiving appetizer or healthy Christmas appetizer as well!
