Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Weetbix
One of my all time favourite high protein breakfasts! It is perfect for meal prep and so easy to make. You only need 5 minutes to throw it together, then just leave it in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
Ingredients
For the base:
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Weetabix
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk, any works fine

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

For the yoghurt layer:
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Toppings:
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hot Water
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup, optional

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Crush Weet-Bix and mix with milk and maple syrup in bowl/container until combined. Press down with the back of a spoon/fork to form the base.
- In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and combined. Spread over the Weet-Bix base.
- Mix cocoa powder with hot water until smooth and glossy. Add maple syrup if you choose. Pour over the yoghurt layer.
- Drizzle with peanut butter and swirl with a toothpick.
- Pop in the fridge overnight (or for at least 15 mins) and enjoy!
