  1. 1. Set the blackstone on med heat on both burners and add the vegetables to one side, and the sausage to another.
  2. 2. Cook the sausage for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and crisp. Turn the heat down once cooked
  3. 3. Meanwhile, sauté the veggies until lightly browned. Add the ghee and seasonings and toss. Cover for 5 minutes (or until tender).
  4. 4. Toss together to combine the flavors before removing from the blackstone.
  5. 5. Whisk the ingredients together for the dressing and toss with the veggies and sausage!
