Blackstone sausage and veggie hash
The perfect blackstone meal with protein and veggies
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Sweet Potato, chopped
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Onion, chopped
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Italian Beef Sausage Links - US Wellness Meats, chopped

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Honey

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Granulated Onion

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1. Set the blackstone on med heat on both burners and add the vegetables to one side, and the sausage to another.
- 2. Cook the sausage for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and crisp. Turn the heat down once cooked
- 3. Meanwhile, sauté the veggies until lightly browned. Add the ghee and seasonings and toss. Cover for 5 minutes (or until tender).
- 4. Toss together to combine the flavors before removing from the blackstone.
- 5. Whisk the ingredients together for the dressing and toss with the veggies and sausage!
