Heathy Chicken Parmesan
Our family is obsessed with chicken Parmesan. It’s a dish that everyone will eat. This is my version, which is simple and super easy to make. It’s approved by both my husband and kids, so it must be a winner!
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Onion Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oregano, Dried

- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mozzarella

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add your flour and spices. Mix together.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together your egg and milk.
- Slice the raw chicken breast in half. Coat each side with the flour mixture. Then dip it in the egg mixture. Then back in the flour mixture. Place in the pan. Repeat for the remaining chicken.
- Cover the chicken in mozzarella cheese. Then cover it in the pasta sauce and then another layer of cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Once the chicken has reached 165 degrees, it’s ready!
- Enjoy with a side of pasta!
