  1. in a large skillet, brown ground meat of choice.
  2. remove meat skillet, then add in broccoli slaw, mushrooms, green onions, cilantro, & water chestnuts.
  3. cook until veggies are soft, ~8-10 minutes.
  4. add meat back in, along with remaining ingredients & simmer until sauce is ready.

spicy “duck” sauce

  1. add all sauce ingredients & bring to a boil.
  2. reduce sauce to a simmer for 10-15 minutes or until in thickens - adding more water as needed (if you thin it out too much, just mix a little arrowroot starch in water & add to sauce).

  1. add your egg roll in a bowl mixture to a bowl.
  2. garnish with cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, & drizzle your spicy “duck” sauce on top.
