I bet you never thought to put fish sticks in a wrap for lunch. Safe catch came out with healthy fish sticks, and I had to try them. I tossed them in the most delicious mixture that provided even more protein than they already had. They turned out perfect. Below, you will find the sauce that I tossed them in. You could even use regular chicken if you wanted for this recipe.

  1. In a bowl, add your fish sticks (or chicken). Add the buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, honey and cheese. Mixed together until it’s covering all of your fish.
  2. Poor the fish sticks into an air fryer. Cook at 400 for six minutes. Stir and cook for another six minutes.
  3. Add to a tortilla with your favorite toppings. I did lettuce and more, honey.
  4. Enjoy!
