Tuna Caesar Smashed Tacos
Your favorite caesar salad, but turned into the easiest high-protein lunch. The tuna gets warm and tender under the broiler and then it’s topped with a quick creamy caesar salad.
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole2 - 3 whole Flour Tortilla, Flour or corn

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Tuna, Canned, Drained
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt and Pepper, To taste

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Lettuce, Romaine, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, Grated

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt and Pepper, To taste

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl mix: tuna, olive oil, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt + pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the tuna mixture over each tortilla
- Place tortillas on the baking sheet tuna side up.
- Broil for about 3–4 minutes, until the tuna is warmed through and lightly golden.
- While the tacos cook, toss the chopped romaine with a mix of Greek yogurt, dijon, lemon juice, parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add croutons and parmesan, if desired.
- Remove tacos from oven and top each with the Caesar salad mixture.
