Your favorite caesar salad, but turned into the easiest high-protein lunch. The tuna gets warm and tender under the broiler and then it’s topped with a quick creamy caesar salad.

  1. Preheat oven broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl mix: tuna, olive oil, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt + pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the tuna mixture over each tortilla
  4. Place tortillas on the baking sheet tuna side up.
  5. Broil for about 3–4 minutes, until the tuna is warmed through and lightly golden.
  6. While the tacos cook, toss the chopped romaine with a mix of Greek yogurt, dijon, lemon juice, parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add croutons and parmesan, if desired.
  7. Remove tacos from oven and top each with the Caesar salad mixture.
