Paleo Gingerbread Coconut Date Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Grain-Free Granola, (Wildway Gingerbread Granola)

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Butter, (Georgia Grinders)

- Coconut, shredded (for topping)
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Dark Chocolate, (Hu Kitchen Simple - optional)

- Coconut Oil, w/ CBD (or use regular - only if adding the chocolate drizzle!)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a food processor add the granola and pulse until a dough forms.
- Add the nut butter and combine.
- Remove the dough and take 1 Tbsp. of dough and roll it in the palm of your hands into a ball.
- Roll the ball in the shredded coconut and set aside, repeat until all the dough is used.
- If drizzling with chocolate: in a bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 1 minute until the chocolate melts.
- Use a spoon to drizzle over the balls!
- Enjoy!!!
