Ingredients

- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Plain Yogurt, coconut or grass-fed dairy
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- pinch pinch pinch Salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar, or 4 drops organic liquid Stevia (can also substitute 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (but reduce almond milk to .75plus 2 tablespoons))
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Strawberries, organic, frozen or fresh
