I’m always looking for a way to change up lunches for my kids. These three simple and delicious lunches change everything for my kids. They loved each one.
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Chicken Breast Patties, Breaded
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (click for recipe)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey

- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Hawaiian Rolls

- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Crescent Rolls
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Chicken Breast Patties
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Marinara Sauce
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Puff Pastry
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Broccoli
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cheddar Cheese

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chicken Breast Patties

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- For the Hawaiian Roll sandwich:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them together though. Spread the mayo on one side. Slice the chicken patties in half and lay it on top of the mayo. Top the chicken patties with lettuce (optional), cheese and then honey. Put the other half of the bread on top.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Place pan in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes,
- Enjoy!
- For the Pizza Roll Ups:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out your crescent roll dough. Layer with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and chopped chicken breast. Roll the dough. Slice into pinwheel shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until done.
- Enjoy
- For the Broccoli Cheddar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out your puff pastry dough. Layer it with cooked broccoli, cheese and chicken. Roll it up and slice it. Be sure to fold the dough over the opening edge so the inside is covered.
- Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the top is boiling ground.
- Enjoy!
