These yummy no bake treats are so incredibly delicious. They are creamy and moist, and taste like cheesecake. They are also super high in protein, which is always a win.

Process

  1. In a mixing bowl, all your ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Stir together y til your batter is mixed and thick. Add more powder sugar if needed.
  2. Scoop batter onto parchment paper using a cookie scoop. Place in the freezer.
  3. Melt your chocolate chips while the cookies are hardening.
  4. After about five minutes, dip your cookies into the chocolate. Top with sea salt, and placed back in the freezer.
  5. Once the chocolate is hardened, enjoy!
