Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
  2. Blend oats until fine flour forms.
  3. Combine oat flour, protein powder and yogurt in a bowl and fold with a spatula until it forms a solid dough *you may have to use your hands to squeeze the dough together*
  4. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper, press it down and then roll it out into a large rectangle
  5. Cut off the edges to create a solid rectangle, then cut down the middle to create two smaller rectangles
  6. Mix almond butter with 2 tbsp water and spread in the centre of one rectangle (leave some for topping)
  7. Place the other rectangle on top and press down edges with a fork
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
  9. Once ready, top with remaining almond butter, serve & enjoy!!
