5-Minute Hot Fudge Sauce
The best 5 minute hot fudge recipe made with no corn syrup, no funky ingredients and a whole lot of chocolate flavor.
You can make this recipe in advance and heat up as you wish. Once you start making your own you will never want store bought hot fudge sauce again.
Ingredients
- 3 oz3 oz3 oz Dark Chocolate, around 70%
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Unsalted Butter, 58g
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream), 120g
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cane Sugar, 65g
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder, 25g
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine all of the hot fudge ingredients in a saucepan.
- Heat the pan over low-medium heat. Whisk the mixture periodically until everything is melted and combined. It should be very smooth. Just be careful to not burn it.
- You can use the mixture while warm or store in a jar in the refrigerator and heat before use.
Notes
Use a good quality chocolate for this recipe. It will make a big difference.
