Air Fryer BBQ Ribs (Low-Carb, Paleo,Whole30)
This air fryer BBQ ribs recipe uses a homemade seasoning blend & your preferred BBQ sauce. Make these low-carb, paleo, whole30 ribs in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 lb1.5-2 lb1.5-2 lb Pork Baby Back Ribs, (a small rack of ribs)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Smoky BBQ Sauce, or your preferred BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Salt, (or more)
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Paprika
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Turmeric Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Rinse & pat dry the ribs. Remove the membrane. (Pork rib membrane is the tissue that’s attached to the underside of the rib. When cooked, it’s very tough, not soft like rib meat. Trust me, you’ll want to remove this before cooking your ribs. I know it sounds kind of gross, but it’s really not that bad or hard to remove. Rinse & pat dry your ribs. Meat side down, take a common butter knife and stick it between the membrane and the ribs. It should loosen fairy easily. Grab the membrane and simply pull it away.)
- In a small bowl, mix together the seasoning salt. Season the ribs with the mixture evenly on both sides.
- Cook 370 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip the ribs and cook an additional 10 minutes.
- Add the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs. Cook 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
