Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

Marinade:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour over drumsticks, and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Fry in preheated air fryer(400°F) for 10 minutes, then flip and allow to fry for 5 more minutes or until internal temp is 160°F.

Ranch Sauce:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
  2. Dip your drumsticks in the homemade ranch sauce and enjoy! (I serve with rice and steamed veggies for a full balanced meal!)

Notes

*You will need an air fryer for this recipe. If you don't have one, you can use the oven and bake on 400ºF fro 30 minutes, flipping each drumstick at the 20 minute mark. Bake until the tops are a golden brown color. Though they will not be as crispy as an air fryer would provide, they still still be moist and delicious! *Highly recommend a meat thermometer when cooking any meat!
