Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Wash and halve the peaches, removing the pits.
  2. lightly brush the cut sides with a little melted coconut oil , brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place the peach halves cut-side up in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the peaches in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-12 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is golden and crispy.
  5. remove the peaches from the air fryer.
  6. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  7. Serve warm, top with granola and optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
