Air Fryer Pretzel Crusted Chicken
A delicious alternative to fried chicken! Crispy and versitile for many meals. These air fryer chicken thighs are a great staple recipe!
Ingredients
- 8 whole8 whole8 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Original Pretzel Crisps, (any Pretzel will work here, just make sure they are crushed)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Kinder's Caramelized Onion Butter Seasoning
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (Noble Made)
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp dried Dill, (measurements may vary)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-Heat your air fryer to 400ºF.
- Combine crushed pretzels, garlic powder, caramelized onion seasoning, sea salt, and everything bagel seasoning in a medium/large shallow dish(big enough to hold contents, as well as dip chicken thighs in to coat them).
- Pat chicken thighs dry. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried dill.
- Then brush each chicken thigh with a think layer of buffalo mayo(or regular).
- Using a fork, coat each side of your chicken thigh until an even layer of the pretzel mixture sticks to the outside.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer and fry for 6 minutes on one side.
- Then flip chicken thighs and fry for another 6-8 minutes.
- You will want the internal temperature of your chicken thighs to reach 160ºF.
- Remove from air fryer, and serve with your meal.
- I served over jasmine rice with a homemade cheese sauce, red, and green onion!
