This Air Fryer Crispy Whole Chicken will be the best chicken you ever ate! Who would have thought you could have tender, juicy chicken in less than an hour with the most delicious crispy skin flavored with herbs and spices. The leftovers, if you are lucky enough to have them make the best chicken salad! I have at least a dozen recipes for different flavored chicken salads!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a blender till smooth (all ingredients but chicken).
  2. Rub marinade all over chicken and under skin too.
  3. Cover and marinade in fridge 12-24 hours, the longer the better.
  4. Place in air fryer breast side down and cook 30 mins at 360 degrees.
  5. Flip chicken and cook 20 more minutes.
  6. Check temp with thermometer at thickest part- should ready 165 degrees F.
  7. Let rest 15 minutes.
  8. Carve and serve
