artichoke pesto chicken cauliflower crust pizza (Edit recipe)

i love pesto, because you can seriously make it a thousand different ways. adding canned artichokes gives it a unique flare & is excellent paired with my homemade cauliflower crusts, chicken, veggies, & CHEESE!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 400.
  2. first make cauliflower crust & chicken.
  3. make pesto by incorporating all ingredients to a food processor and combine.
  4. process until smooth, adding more water to obtain a creamier pesto.
  5. to a skillet, saute peppers, onions, & mushrooms.
  6. to pizza crust, add pesto, chicken, veggies, & top with parmesan cheese.
  7. add pizzas to a sheet pan, then bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted - option to broil last 3-4 minutes.
  8. serve with a side of veggies.
