Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Heat a pan on medium heat with choice of oil (I like avocado oil or coconut oil).
  2. 2. Add garlic, cook till fragrant.
  3. 3. Add ground pork and mushrooms, cook till browned. About 4-5 mins.
  4. 4. Add coconut aminos, fish sauce and honey. Toss to mix.
  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Remove from heat.
  6. 6. Serve in lettuce cups. My favorite is living lettuce.

Notes

This dish can be made Whole30, simply omit the honey.
