Ingredients
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Salmon, Canned, Safe Catch brand

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg Whites
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Gluten-Free
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), Sliced

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Garlic, Clove minced

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Ginger Root, Grated

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper, Ground

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Sesame Oil

- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Sriracha

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Drain salmon and break it up in a medium bowl
- Add all other ingredients, except oil, and mix well
- Over medium heat, heat a sauté pan with the sesame oil
- Once the oil is hot, divide the salmon into 2 cakes and place in hot oil
- Cook for about 5 mins or until brown, and flip
- Cook for another 5 mins until that side is brown
- Place on top of some spring mix
- Mix the sauce ingredients and spread them on top
- Enjoy!!
