Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Drain salmon and break it up in a medium bowl
  2. Add all other ingredients, except oil, and mix well
  3. Over medium heat, heat a sauté pan with the sesame oil
  4. Once the oil is hot, divide the salmon into 2 cakes and place in hot oil
  5. Cook for about 5 mins or until brown, and flip
  6. Cook for another 5 mins until that side is brown
  7. Place on top of some spring mix
  8. Mix the sauce ingredients and spread them on top
  9. Enjoy!!
