are you ready for an award winning combo? drumroll… avocado + cottage cheese. maybe it's not that ground breaking, but it is delicious, nutritious, & a great way to get in a balanced breakfast!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. microwave cauliflower crust for ~1-2 minutes.
  2. in a bowl, mash avocado, cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, & seasonings of choice.
  3. in a small skillet, fry egg to liking & fry ham to crisp up.
  4. add avocado mash to cauliflower crust, then add ham, fried egg, crumbled cheese, & any other seasonings/garnishes you like.
  5. I like to serve mine with a side of fruit & radishes to dip extra avocado mixture in.
