Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat airfryer OR oven to 400.
- pat your pork tenderloins dry, then rub with salt & pepper.
- wrap bacon around pork tenderloin.
- in a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
- brush sauce over bacon wrapped pork.
- place pork on parchment paper in the airfryer or oven.
- for air-fryer cook 25-30 minutes. for oven cook 30-35 minutes. option to broil for last 3-5 minutes to make bacon crispier.
- pork is finished once thermometer reads 145.
- rest 10 minutes before slicing into.
