Balsamic Liver and Onions

Liver is also easy to prepare and makes for a tender, flavorful addition to any meal or side dish! Here's a take on the classic liver and onions!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Beef Liver

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Yellow Onion
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Balsamic Glaze

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut the onion and bell pepper into thin strips about 1/2 inch thick. Set the sliced onion and peppers aside in a small bowl.
- Add a tbsp of olive oil to a pan and heat
- Add the sliced onions and peppers to the pan and stir them while cooking
- When the onions and peppers are soft remove them from the pan onto a plate.
- Add the beef liver to the pan with another tbsp of olive oil. Cook the liver over medium heat about 2-3 minutes/side
- Once the liver is browned through, add the onion and peppers back to the pan and toss just to heat everything up.
- Once done serve up with any other sides and top with balsamic glaze
