Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut the onion and bell pepper into thin strips about 1/2 inch thick. Set the sliced onion and peppers aside in a small bowl.
  2. Add a tbsp of olive oil to a pan and heat
  3. Add the sliced onions and peppers to the pan and stir them while cooking
  4. When the onions and peppers are soft remove them from the pan onto a plate.
  5. Add the beef liver to the pan with another tbsp of olive oil. Cook the liver over medium heat about 2-3 minutes/side
  6. Once the liver is browned through, add the onion and peppers back to the pan and toss just to heat everything up.
  7. Once done serve up with any other sides and top with balsamic glaze
