I think we can all agree that watermelon is like, one of the best things about summer. Juicy, sweet and delish. Load up your slices with a few simple ingredients for the ultimate refreshing summery treat.

- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Watermelon, 1 1/2" thick round slice
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Plain Greek Yogurt, I used Oikos Blueberry
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Blueberries, A good handful, washed
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Granola, I used Kashi Fruit & Nut

- Once you've got your perfect melon, this snack couldn't be easier. I sliced giant rounds, about 1 1/2 " thick per serving. Then, I spread some blueberry Greek yogurt to coat most of the edible area of the melon. I washed some fresh blueberries and nestled those into the yogurt. Lastly, I topped the melon with some fruit & nut granola for a welcome finishing crunch.
