  • 1 whole Plain Greek Yogurt, I used Oikos Blueberry
  • 1 whole Blueberries, A good handful, washed
  • 1 whole Granola, I used Kashi Fruit & Nut

  1. Once you've got your perfect melon, this snack couldn't be easier. I sliced giant rounds, about 1 1/2 " thick per serving. Then, I spread some blueberry Greek yogurt to coat most of the edible area of the melon. I washed some fresh blueberries and nestled those into the yogurt. Lastly, I topped the melon with some fruit & nut granola for a welcome finishing crunch.
