I'm an adult and if I want burrata with something, I'm just going to go for it. I whipped up a delish Greek salad and topped it off with fried strips, tangy feta, dreamy burrata & green onions.

  1. Add a good splash of EVOO to a non-stick set to about medium heat. Once heated, add the strips and season generously with the Clubhouse spice blends, red pepper flakes, Primal Palate seasoning, salt & cracked pepper. Stir / toss to coat the strips and then cook 7 - 10 minutes, flipping occasionally for even colour until cooked through.Find Recipes
  2. Add the romaine to a medium sized mixing bowl and add desired amount of dressing. Toss to combine and get your dressed romaine on to your desired plate. Arrange your tomatoes, red onions, and cucumbers around the salad.
  3. Nestle the cooked strips in the center of your salad. Arrange the halved burrata on the side of your salad. Drizzle it with chili oil and season with salt & cracked pepper. Garnish your salad with crumbled feta and the green onions. Serve and ENJOY!
