These bedtime cookies are so simple and delicious. They are the perfect treat for your kids before bed. There made with just a handful of ingredients but with foods that will help promote a better nights sleep. Plus, they will think they’re eating dessert and everyone will be happy!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, add your bananas and mash them. Then add in the oats, peanut butter and cinnamon. Stir together.
- Scoop the batter onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
- While the cookies are cooling, melt the chocolate. Stir in olive oil. Drizzle over cookies.
- Enjoy!
