These bedtime cookies are so simple and delicious. They are the perfect treat for your kids before bed. There made with just a handful of ingredients but with foods that will help promote a better nights sleep. Plus, they will think they’re eating dessert and everyone will be happy!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your bananas and mash them. Then add in the oats, peanut butter and cinnamon. Stir together.
  3. Scoop the batter onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. While the cookies are cooling, melt the chocolate. Stir in olive oil. Drizzle over cookies.
  5. Enjoy!
