- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Chicken Bone Broth, (Bonafide Provisions)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Almond Milk, or non-dairy milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Banana, frozen
