I LOVE a combined 2 in 1 dessert like this. I mean you can choose a brownie, OR a slice of cheesecake, OR HAVE BOTH! Gluten free and made with only wholesome ingredients. You can use frozen berries of choice, so you don't have to worry about them being in season

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Make your brownies per instructions. These only required avocado oil, eggs, & vanilla
  2. -Pour into 8x8 dish
  3. -Use a hand mixer to combine cheesecake ingredients together until creamed. Pour overtop brownie layer and carefully spread to cover the edges
  4. -muddled on stove top over low-med heat, strained to remove any chunks
  5. -pour juices in a line across cheesecake layer, then use a toothpick to swirl the berry purée
  6. -Bake at 350 for 35min
  7. -Allow to cool 20min, then place in the fridge for 1-2 hours before cutting in
  8. -Enjoy!

Notes

*Can use any berries here- strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or a combination of all! You can choose fresh or frozen too! *use brownie mix / brownie recipe of choice. I love Otto's paleo brownie mix
