Blender Banana Bread
If anyone tells me I can make a baked good in a blender, I'm in! It just makes things easier and feels less messy. This blender banana bread is on repeat in our home because its easy for me to make, and easy for everyone to snack on during the week.
Ingredients
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Banana, overripe
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2.5 cup2.5 cup2.5 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare loaf pan tin with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
- In a blender or blender cup, blend wet ingredients until just smooth.
- Add wet to dry, and mix all together until fully combined.
- Add chocolate chips (about 1/2c in the batter).
- Pour into loaf pan, top with more chocolate & bake for 45-50 minutes (until top is golden and knife comes out clean). Then let cool before cutting!
