- 1 cup1 cup1 cup strongly brewed Coffee, (your favorite brewed coffee - hot)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee, (Fourth & Heart Ghee - Original or Madagascar Vanilla Bean - You can also use grass-fed butter or coconut oil for a dairy-free version)
- 1/2 - 1 Tbsp1/2 - 1 Tbsp1/2 - 1 Tbsp MCT Oil
- pinch pinch pinch Sea Salt
