Bone Broth Smoothie
This bone broth smoothie is packed with real-food collagen protein, greens, healthy fats, and fiber. It doesn't get much better than this! You can devour this delicious smoothie in a bowl with toppings OR sip it through a straw (a stainless-steel reusable one of course!)
Ingredients
- 2 bunch2 bunch2 bunch Spinach, (handfuls)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cashew Butter, heaping
- 888 Ice Cubes
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Whole Flax Seed, or Chia Seeds
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Chicken Bone Broth, (Bonafide Provisions)
- 1/3 cup1/3 cup1/3 cup Kefir
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/41/41/4 Avocado
- pinch pinch pinch Vanilla Extract, (1 splash)
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
