brat ball bowls
brats & sauerkraut. baked beans. potato chips. the backyard classics ā but weāre turning them into a bowl-style, high-protein remix š„šš«
not gonna lie ā I donāt love busting out 900 spices either, but these homemade brat balls were worth it. this is your summer cookout in a bowl!

- 2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz2 - 3 oz Gouda Cheese, or swiss cheese

horseradish mustard sauce
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Horseradish

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sauerkraut, the brine or juice
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper, to taste

- sautƩed frozen vegetables (click for recipe), I made peppers & onions

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
baked beans
- preheat oven to 400.
- combine all baked beans ingredient in a cast iron skillet.
- place in the oven uncovered for 30-40 minutes OR if meatballs take longer, can cover until they are finished cooking.
brat balls
- keep the oven at 400.
- add the potato chips, monk fruit, & seasoning to a food processor & blitz a few times into a finer crumble.
- to a bowl, add crunchy mixture + remaining meatball ingredients.
- using a small cookie scoop, make mini meatballs (~60-80).
- place meatballs on a lined baking sheet; bake for 12-15 minutes.
horseradish mustard sauce
- in a bowl, mix together all ingredients for sauce; adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- building your bowl:
- to a bowl, add: baked beans, brat balls, sautƩed peppers & onions, sauerkraut, potato chips, & a container of horseradish mustard sauce for dipping.
