This single serving brookie baked oats is a dreamy and satisfying sweet breakfast treat. With half cookie batter and half brownie batter, you get the best of both worlds! Two flavors means double the goodness. Packed with protein and healthy, wholesome ingredients, this will keep you full and energized while also nourishing your soul. This is the ultimate dessert for breakfast, or high protein dessert! I’m absolutely obsessed.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a ramekin.
  2. Add all base ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Transfer half of the batter to another bowl to divide it into two. To one bowl, add vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, and chocolate chips. To the other bowl, add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour both batters into the prepared ramekin at the same time from opposite sides. Smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 15-18 minutes will result in a slightly gooey center, and 20 minutes will result in a firm, cake like consistency. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
