Base
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Oat Flour, or blend 1/2 cup rolled oats into a flour
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Soy Milk, or milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp unsweetened Applesauce, or yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, or sweetener of choice
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
Cookie Batter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, or more oat flour
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cashew Butter, or other nut butter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
Brownie Batter
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder, or vanilla protein powder, or more oat flour
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a ramekin.
- Add all base ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
- Transfer half of the batter to another bowl to divide it into two. To one bowl, add vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, and chocolate chips. To the other bowl, add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Pour both batters into the prepared ramekin at the same time from opposite sides. Smooth out the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. 15-18 minutes will result in a slightly gooey center, and 20 minutes will result in a firm, cake like consistency. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
