Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta of your choice according to package directions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, slice THE LOTTIE into medallions.
  3. In a skillet or large saucepan, add the medallions and brown for 4-5 minutes on medium-heat, flipping to sear both sides.
  4. Add heavy cream and the Cajun seasoning to the skillet; bring to a boil for a minute and then reduce heat.
  5. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Finally, add pasta to the sauce and mix.
  7. Option to serve with parsley and you’re done!
