Brother Ben’s Cajun Pasta
A smoky sausage creamy cajun alfredo, if you will. This recipe comes from our Brother Ben and uses only five ingredients - ready in less than 20 min!
Ingredients
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz The Lottie: Smoked Pork Sausage, 1 pack
- 4-6 cups4-6 cups4-6 cups Rigatoni Pasta, or any shape pasta
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning, or equivalent
- Parsley, optional, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta of your choice according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, slice THE LOTTIE into medallions.
- In a skillet or large saucepan, add the medallions and brown for 4-5 minutes on medium-heat, flipping to sear both sides.
- Add heavy cream and the Cajun seasoning to the skillet; bring to a boil for a minute and then reduce heat.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add in Parmesan cheese.
- Finally, add pasta to the sauce and mix.
- Option to serve with parsley and you’re done!
