  1. Add olive oil to a large frying pan on medium to medium high heat, then start sautu00e9ing the minced onion and garlic.
  2. Once the onions begin to become translucent, add in the tomato paste and stir to combine. Add in the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then cook the ground beef until there is no more pink.
  3. When the ground beef is fully cooked, add in the pasta, the beef broth, and the heavy cream. Stir to combine. Cover, then let cook for 17-18 minutes on a medium low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Add the cheese, stir to combine and until the cheese melts. Top with a fresh sprinkle of fresh herbs and serve.
