Buffalo Meatballs
If you love buffalo wings you will love this meatball version. It’s a little healthier and full of flavor!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Turkey

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, Chopped about a cup
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dairy-Free Buffalo Sauce - Primal Kitchen
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Kosher Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper

- 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- 2. Mix all of your ingredients (except the ground turkey) together in a bowl.
- 3. Add your ground turkey to the bowl. Mix gently
- 4. Form your meatballs and place on a cookie sheet.
- 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
- 6. Top with more buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing (optional)
Notes
These are great as an appetizer or a meal. If making for an appetizer I would form smaller meatballs.
