Caramel Apple Pizza
This healthy caramel apple pizza is every apple lover’s dream come true! It’s made with an easy 2 ingredient crust, loaded with a juicy apple filling, and topped with a delicious vegan caramel sauce.
Ingredients
Pizza Crust
- 1 1/2 cup1 1/2 cup1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Filling
- 333 organic Apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Crumble
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
Vegan Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 12in pizza pan.
- Combine flour and greek yogurt in a medium sized bowl. Knead with your hands into a round ball of dough.
- Flour a flat surface and a rolling pin, and roll the dough into a large round circle, to fit your pizza pan (about 1/2 inch thick). Transfer to your prepared pan, folding over edges slightly.
- combine diced apples, coconut sugar, flour and cinnamon. Spread on top of crust in an even layer.
- combine all ingredients until mixture sticks together when pressed between fingers, and starts to form some clumps. Scatter all overtop of your apple filling.
- Bake pizza for 20-25 minutes, until apple filling is bubbly and crust is lightly golden.
- Combine all caramel ingredients until completely smooth. Set aside.
- Once your pizza is done baking, let cool for at least 15 minutes. Then drizzle caramel sauce over entire pizza, slice, and enjoy!
