Cherry Pecan Turkey Salad
Who says you have to wait till Thanksgiving for a delicious Cherry Pecan Turkey Salad? Of course you can use chicken for this as well. This salad checks all the boxes with a sweet tang from the dried cherries, crunch from the pecans and juicy roasted turkey all tossed in an easy creamy dressing. I can’t wait for you to try this one!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Turkey Breast, roasted and cubed
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Celery, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Onion, diced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pecans, raw, chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup dried Cherries, unsweetened
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper
